I've only made one recipe of English muffins and they turned out pretty well. I am going to fine tune the recipe the next time I try it but my first attempt was good tasting and the texture closer to what an English muffin should look like.
I love having flour I don’t have to think about. I only need to go make something. We feel good after eating it and it tastes so good. Thank you for your work bringing it to us.
I use cassava flour often, and I’ve (regrettably) tried several brands. Otto’s is absolutely the best, and I don’t have to worry about recipes failing.
Being that I am grain intolerant, cassava flour is a great alternative. I made banana bread last night. Yum!
