I’m a foodie. So when we discovered my asthma was mostly related to wheat allergy, My first thought was “just shoot me”. If I couldn’t have gluten, my family was doomed since I was the only one who cooked and misery loves company. Then God created Otto’s. A choir of angels began singing in my kitchen again and all is right in the world.
We’ve been using this flour for pancakes, crepes and other baked goods for about a year now. My children enjoy the taste, and I enjoy the ease of swapping 1:1 for regular flour. Tastes and bakes smooth, with a neutral flavor. Looking forward to trying more recipes with Otto’s!
I create gluten free biscotti and other gluten free baked goods. Otto's Cassava Flour is a wonderful addition to the gluten free flours available. It allows baked goods to not be gritty and are very tasty! Thank you, thank you!
We love this flour. With all of our food allergies and sensitivities this flour is a God-send. We use it to make cakes and other desserts, tortillas, hamburger buns, and so much more. It has become a staple in our home.
