Our grain-free skillet cookie is so perfect for sharing that your whole family can dig right in to enjoy. Add a pinch of flakey sea salt with a few scoops of vanilla ice cream on top. Voila! You've got yourself a giant cookie à la mode!



  1. Lightly grease an 8-inch oven-safe skillet with coconut oil. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Prepare the cookie mix as directed on the bag using the ½ cup of butter, 1 egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until the cookie dough is smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  3. Spread the batter evenly into the skillet.
  4. Bake the cookie for 30-35 minutes. The edges should be lightly browned but the center should be slightly jiggly.
