The perfect, easy substitute
Finally, we have found the perfect substitute for wheat flour. Not a bunch of ingredients, no starches and gums, this is just one ingredient. Instead of wheat, it's cassava. It cooks the same, tastes the same, and can be used to make so many great foods. Only one of the people in our household has gluten sensitivities, but now we've made the switch across the board and we no longer have to make "special" foods for him. Fantastic for pizza crusts, cupcakes, cookies, and bread. The concoctions we used to get never tasted right. This just does.

Having celiac and other auto- immune issues it’s not always easy finding foods that work for you. But, Otto’s Cassava Flour is the best alternative to wheat there is on the market! Too much packaging
I like the product, but from the beginning, I have complained about the packaging. Now the thick plastic bag of flour comes in a cardboard box, wrapped in a plastic mailer. What is the point of all this waste? In this time of climate crisis, it’s a shame to produce this much waste. It makes me not want the product inside, which is otherwise a good one for gluten-free diets. Please rethink.
