Otto's cassava flour is the only flour I cook or bake with. It is so easy to substitute into almost any recipe, tastes great, and is easily digested by even the most sensitive tummy! We love our Otto's and stock up with the 15 pound bag several times a year. Thank you for this amazing product!
Crackers and Naan were made with approximately half Otto’s and have been very good. I look forward to adapting my baking with this product which has been touted as the best Cassava flour in every recipe I’ve read.
I make a really good carrot-rosemary bread using a mixture of Otto’s Cassava flour and Sorghum flour. The texture is beautiful!
