For egg-free brownies, use this substitute:

    • 1 ½ Tablespoon ground chia seeds (measure after grinding, not before!)
    • ¼ cup Otto's Naturals - Cassava Flour
    • ½ cup water
    • and cut the oil in the recipe in half (use ¼ cup)

Can you freeze Black Forest brownies?

Freezing brownies may affect their texture so it’s best to always take precautions to prevent this. To freeze, cut the brownies into squares, wrap each square in plastic wrap and then in foil before placing the wrapped squares in an airtight freezer bag. To thaw, unwrap the brownies and microwave in 15 second increments until heated through.
