This impossibly-delicious pumpkin pie melts in your mouth and will keep the crowds coming back for more!Â

Ingredients
- 1 cup pumpkin pureeÂ
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup coconut sugarÂ
- ⅓ cup Otto’s Naturals - Cassava Flour
- 4 eggsÂ
- 6 Tablespoons melted coconut oil
- 2 teaspoon vanilla extractÂ
- 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spiceÂ
- ¼ teaspoon Otto's Naturals Grain-Free Baking Powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
InstructionsÂ
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until fully combined, scraping down sides as needed.
- Pour into a greased 9-inch pie pan.
- Bake for 55 minutes - 1 hour or until the top is set and beautifully golden brown.
- Cool until room temperature (about an hour) before cutting.
